Ageing with Grace is a not-for-profit organisation supporting older people. We provide volunteers to visit face to face and also virtually, support older people use technology to stay connected and independent. We also help older people with transport to medical appointments and personal shopping support.
Our support is provided through government and philanthrope grants, fundraising and donations. All proceeds are invested into providing our services and growing the range of services we offer older people. Our goal is to support older people remain engaged in the community, retain and improve their independence and feel valued members of society.
