Bam Architects is a Cape Town based architectural practice delivering services throughout South Africa. Founded in 1992 the practice has grown into a formidable team that prides itself on delivering cutting edge solutions to complex problems for our clients. We operate in the commercial architecture space, designing and executing building types that include corporate office blocks, industrial, healthcare, leisure retail and apartment blocks with more than 1500 residential units completed and on the drawing board to date. Buildings has one of the largest impacts on our environment and Bam Architects takes its responsibility to design sustainable buildings very seriously. In line with this commitment our team were instrumental in developing the GBCSA Industrial Rating tool and have delivered the first industrial 4-star design rated building in the country in addition to 4 and 5 star rated office buildings.
