Bambupallet was born to investigate new raw materials to be more eficient and sustainable in 2013. From 2014 to 2017 we produced pallets made out of wood as the other 95% competitors on market. Early 2018 started the transition to bamboo instead of wood, after 3 years of R&D, we realized that nobody else in the world was innovating with bamboo in packaching industry, so we become pioneers, started a patent strategy and now we are almost ready to go to the market with 80% of the capacity developed in new production line to process bamboo and essamble pallets out of bamboo instead of wood.
Our goal is to reduce deforestation by using bamboo, because bamboo is prune not clear cut. Besides bamboo is one of the most efficient plants to fixed Co2, is ultra fast growing and produces up to 30 K litters of watter by hectare. That’s why we are commited with susteinable development goals (SDGs), especially Climate Action, Sustainable production, Economic Growth and Partnership for goals.
