As an international network of experts, we support our public and private sector clients around the world and in 12 languages. BAMIK was founded in 2009 by Wolfgang Jockusch who is still the director and senior trainer. Based in Berlin, Germany, we are a global network of 30 freelance trainers, consultants, authors and experts for a varienty of topics in the field of inter- / cross-cultural communication, diversity & inclusion, and international adult education. Some of our team members focus on specific national cultures. Altogether, we are proud to offer regional expertise on more than 60 countries. BAMIK takes great pride to be a certified traning provider in accordance with the strict guidelines of the German DVWO association.
