Hundreds of thousands of visitors from more than 150 countries experience inner peace and learn stress-elimination breathing techniques here. In addition to yoga, meditation, and powerful breathing techniques, Sudarshan Kriya®, the world-acclaimed rhythmic breathing technique cognized by spiritual leader Sri Sri Ravi Shankar is an important element of courses taught here.
