Our research at the Chair of Business and Psychology bridges responsible marketing and the digital world with the goal of shaping a more inclusive and sustainable future from a marketing perspective. To achieve this, we draw extensively on psychological theories to deepen our understanding of this dynamic area. We specialize in four interconnected research domains: responsible consumption (in the digital world), AI and services: consumer reactions and ethical implications, sustainable luxury consumption, and organizational CSR activities and responsible employers.
