Beta Alpha Psi - Alpha Gamma Chapter

Beta Alpha Psi was founded in 1919 to encourage and give recognition to scholastic and professional excellence in the business information field. It is an internationally recognized honors organization with over 300 chapters and over 300,000 members. We promote the study and practice of accounting, finance, and information systems while providing opportunities for self-development, fostering cooperation among professionals, and encouraging a sense of ethical, social, and public responsibility. The Alpha Gamma chapter was founded in 1949. Throughout our long history at Baruch College, we have upheld the highest academic standards, surpassing even our national requirements. We base our ideals on three pillars - Professionalism, Brotherhood, and Service. We actively bring in professionals to further expand our network and seek out opportunities to give back to the community.
