Bar Kantoor is located in a monumental building at the Westergasfabriek in Amsterdam. Everybody is welcome in Bar Kantoor, from hotel guests of the Conscious Hotel Westerpark, to Amsterdammers, from daddy's & mamas to business men & women. Back in the days, when the Westergasfabriek was still used as a factory, the offices of the factory were located here. Hence the name ‘Bar Kantoor’. Expect office humor; in the interior, on social media and in the names of the events and the cocktails in the bar.
Bar Kantoor is open all day, with a large terrace, a quirky menu and regular exciting events. You can get breakfast, lunch and dinner and every Friday afternoon it’s time for after-work drinks, with a DJ later on. The menu offers all kinds of tasty things, from croissants to eggs benedict, from club sandwich to pickled red cabbage with scallops, from sirloin steak to celeriac lasagne. In addition to regular drinks, beers and wines, the bar also serves kombucha and well-developed signature cocktails.

In dit pand waren vroeger de kantoren van de Westergasfabriek toen deze nog een gasfabriek was, vandaar de naam Bar Kantoor. Wat te verwachten? De menukaart heeft voor ieder wat wils, van croissantjes tot eggs benedict, van club sandwich tot ingelegde rode kool met coquilles, van entrecote tot knolselderij lasagne.
In de bar worden naast reguliere drankjes, bieren en wijnen, ook kombucha en mooi ontwikkelde signature cocktails geserveerd.
