Barbara Ann Smith

I come from an historical town where George Washington lived during the Revolutionary War called Newburgh. It is situated 60 miles north of New York City. After getting many degrees including a doctorate and working as a special education teacher I studied writing at Stanford University online. This is the time in my life when I am free to follow my life long dream to write a romance novel. When I was eighteen I remember sharing my writing dream with my good friend Biff and his advice was to get some life experiences before I begin. So, here it is, my dream come true, my first novel- The Quilt of Many Colors by McKenzie Smith aka Me.
