Barcelona Growing Talent was born out of a shared belief among the founders of Círculo Inmobiliario Meridiana that all students should have access to equal opportunities in the job market, regardless of their background or socioeconomic status. Recognizing the challenges faced by many young people in finding suitable employment, the firm decided to create a nonprofit organisation that would provide free career counselling and job placement services to students in Barcelona and beyond.
