Barcelona Growing Talent

Barcelona Growing Talent was born out of a shared belief among the founders of Círculo Inmobiliario Meridiana that all students should have access to equal opportunities in the job market, regardless of their background or socioeconomic status. Recognizing the challenges faced by many young people in finding suitable employment, the firm decided to create a nonprofit organisation that would provide free career counselling and job placement services to students in Barcelona and beyond. By leveraging its expertise in real estate investment and consulting, Círculo Inmobiliario Meridiana aimed to help bridge the gap between students and employers, ultimately fostering greater economic growth and social mobility in the region.
