You will receive full support from a local agent who will be able to advise you every step of the way. -Pay Now Option: Just £780 -Pay Later Option: Only a 0.6% sales fee. There is nothing to pay with this option until your property sale completes. Lettings & Property Management: We DO NOT CHARGE TENANT FEES! No admin, set up or contract fees. We do not even charge tenants for credit and reference checks. This is obviously great news for our tenants, typically saving them hundreds of pounds at the start of a tenancy.
