Barkas Properties was founded as a new establishment in 2017. However our experience as an independent architecture and construction office goes back almost 14 years. Since 2004 we have designed, constructed and built numerous residential projects of Greek and international clients in the area of Preveza, Parga and surroundings. We have attracted and retained clients of many different countries of origin, by gaining their trust and fulfilling their dreams and visions. Our office team is constantly informed of the latest developments in the property market. We attend closely the progress of domestic design and construction by participating in relevant seminars and conferences in Greece and abroad. The office cooperates with some of the best known and established proffessionals for its demanding constructions. It is also supported by an excellent accountant and lawyers team who guarantee the highest professionalism. In 2017 we decided to make a new dynamic entry in the property market, adding the services of real estate and property development in our office’s activities. Our new office is placed in the heart of the traditional center of Preveza, in the ground floor of one of the city’s most historical buildings, renovated recently by us.
