Phillip Barker, an experienced contractor from New Zealand, and Brett Kappelle, a skilled carpenter from California, are both Certified Green Professionals (CGPs) and graduates of Green Builder College. With 40 years combined in the construction industry, Barker and Kappelle strive to provide clients, sub-contractors, and employees with the best experience possible.
