Brothers and skilled tradesmen, Ernie and Arthur Barker, manufactured the first custom Barker Trailer in 1974. What began from very humble beginnings evolved in to a business operating from production facilities in Woodend and Maryborough, manufacturing world-class semi trailers and providing customers with transport outcomes based on operational efficiency and uptime. The Victorian based family business of 51 years, cites founders, Ernie and Arthur’s craft of building high quality trailers matched directly to customer requirements as the foundations of the company’s continued success.
