We are a charity which provides specialist compassionate care and support to patients and their families in Barnsley who are living with a progressive, life-limiting illness.
Our multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals provide care and support in every way we can and take a holistic approach to help improve quality of life.
People with progressive, life-limiting illnesses such as cancer, heart disease, motor neurone disease and Parkinson's disease can access a range of support services and treatments at the Hospice. These include day therapy, complementary therapy, carers groups, inpatient care and counselling support to help them live the best life they can.
We rely heavily on the generosity of individuals and businesses to help us continue our care. Each year we need to raise over £2 million to provide patient services that are free of charge.
