We are best known for our successful leadership course – Experience Compression Laboratory® (ECL) - popular for more than 60 years. It is a one-of-a-kind, experiential, leadership process that has withstood the test of time. More than sixty years of experience and thousands of leader-graduates validate that this process works. The ECL week is a highly interactive and experiential process. Through a series of business simulations and meaningful, honest feedback, individuals discover and develop their personal and professional effectiveness. Years of learning is compressed into one week as participants play the roles of a management team of an organization through changes, challenges, opportunities and transformations in a business case study throughout the week. JERRY BARNUM, A LEGEND WITHIN LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT The Barnum Experience Compression Laboratory (ECL) began in 1959 when RCA Laboratories engaged Jerry and his associates to bring his groundbreaking, innovative learning experience to meet the needs among the senior scientists and executives. Over the years studies and further research continued successfully with RCA (now the Sarnoff Corporation) and other organizations. 60 years later, the ECL continues to impact individuals and organizations throughout the globe.
