In 2003, Baron Equities was born from WEB to leverage the family's knowledge of the multi-family asset class and develop a diverse, risk-adjusted real estate company that is committed to delivering out-sized returns to its shareholders and exceptional live / work environments for its tenants. Today, the company's portfolio consists of a well diversified range of multifamily, industrial, retail and office properties across the Western United States.
