Barossa Fine Foods is proudly owned and run by the Knoll family. Since 1924, four generations of Knolls have drawn on their German heritage to handcraft the finest smallgoods and charcuterie, using traditional methods and recipes.
At Barossa Fine Foods, we source some of the best free-range and sustainably-farmed fresh meats from farmers across South Australia. We hope you enjoy our authentic products, which are all naturally gluten-free.
The Company Today
From a single shop in 1991, our business has grown to have 8 retail outlets and a new factory facility that supplies product Australia-wide. While our production has increased significantly, we pride ourselves on staying true to our traditional hand-processing methods, and our promise o never compromise on the quality of our smallgoods.
With over 200 staff and family in our business, and one of the most diverse product ranges in the country, Barossa Fine Foods has become the market leader in award-winning smallgoods.
