We have a simple vision, that real estate should be accessible to everyone. That is why we aspire to make property ownership more accessible to more people. We believe we can achieve this mission by organizing data to find the best deals on market, analyzing property values, and facilitating access to capital that is often a barrier to property ownership. Our objective is to first begin by organizing data around tax-defaulted properties sold by the Los Angeles Property Tax Assessor’s office in a way that anyone can easily find and bid.
