Barrales Law supports a work life balance where we encourage our employees to clock out daily at a reasonable time, as well as offer all employees the week between Christmas and New Year's off. The past few summer months we have closed early on Fridays and have moved to test a revised work week where we close every Friday at 2pm, making us a 34 hour work week office.
