Barrow Active was established by Morgan McElligott in early 2020. We specialise in providing a smooth transition for exiting shareholders by taking an active role in day-to-day business operations. This can be particularly appealing where a large element of business value is vested in the owner-operator. Inpute Technologies was Barrow Active’s first acquisition. This off-market transaction completed in April 2021. Barrow Active is supported by a small group of private investors with broad industry experience.
