Established in 2004 Barry Auctioneers & Valuers is a licensed firm of Auctioneers, Estate Agents and Valuers, located at 77 South Mall, Cork. As a member of the Institute of Professional Auctioneers & Valuers (IPAV) we provide a range of property consultancy services, including commercial and residential sales and lettings. We also specialise in valuations and are on the panel of the major lending institutions in Ireland, this puts us in the unique position of gaining in-depth local knowledge of recent sales and market trends throughout Cork city and surrounding area. We are open from Monday to Thursday 9.00am - 5.30pm and Friday 9.00am – 5.00pm with viewing available outside these hours by appointment.
