Today, Bartling Forensic serves clients, typically outside law firms, audit committees, or corporate general counsel, who are facing critical issues with electronic evidence challenges, technology in the litigation or regulatory environment, and data analysis with expert forensic, technology and E-Discovery services. Bartling Forensic assists clients in enterprise electronic evidence identification, preservation, collection, recovery and processing specifically for matters before the DOJ, SEC, HHS, FTC, CFTC or other regulatory agencies or in litigation in accordance with FRCP amendments. Bartling Forensic assists clients in IT and data analysis and validation, having over 20 years of large-scale enterprise database experience with Oracle and SQL database systems. He uses these data analysis skills to assist clients in large data analysis projects such as defense/disputes involving pricing issues, trades, or other transactional data issues.
