Barton Care is a boutique, facility focused nursing agency based in Australia, and headquartered in Melbourne. Our team of more than 1200 personnel comprises Registered Nurses, Endorsed Enrolled Nurses, Personal Care Workers, Food Services Assistants and Chefs. We focus on facilities and build a team for that facility. This reduces the reliance on permanent staff to provide repeated orientation to agency staff, elevates the quality of care to the residents, contributes to continuity of care as our staff gets familiar with residents' routines and, keeps our staff happy as they are not pushed out of their geographical comfort zones. Our business is inspired by the life and works of Clara Barton, the founder of the American Red Cross. Barton Care currently works with a host of large organizations and our contracts are mostly national.
