Barton Heights is an exclusive new residential park in the market town of Portchester, nestled between Hampshire’s stunning coastline and the South Downs National Park. With over 45 years of experience, the Trimmings family has earned national recognition for their high standards and meticulous attention to detail. Their journey began in 1980 with Warren Park in Surrey, followed by Northfield Park in 1986 and Eleanor’s Wood in 1997. Barton Heights was given the go-ahead in 2022, a two-acre development named in honour of Barbara and her late husband, Tony, who cherished the views across the Solent.
