Basalt Technologies USA, LLC is a Florida Limited Liability Company and was formed for the purpose of manufacturing and selling basalt fiber reinforced polymer rebar. A form of rebar that doesn’t rust, is 89% lighter and 2.5X stronger than steel. The Company will be one of very few companies to produce BFRP in the U. S. and, once financing is in place, will become a Puerto Rican LLC which will allow the Company to take advantage of favorable tax codes and lower facility and labor costs. Along with strategic partnerships as well as a top of the line team, we look forward to being the most outstanding and outlasting composite rebar company in the nation. Currently we are an early stage company looking to raise capital.
