Base Built Services strives to produce the most accurate existing condition drawings. We always implement real-time measured lengths directly into our licensed CAD software. This increases efficiency and produces an accurate floor plan quickly. As well as gathering floor plan information, we also gather elevation heights. This process produces a finished floor plan, and quickly gets you to the next step. We are now offering a full service 3D scanning service using a FARO 3D. We predominantly want to help architects and engineers better understand spaces and objects within. We have worked with hundreds of clients on projects ranging in scope and size since 2008. Base Built Services is a medium sized company located in the south bay area of Los Angeles. Using various out of state headquarters we offer our services on a national level. Our teams are ready to travel for work in many states. Our serious approach coupled with modern tools and methodology, allows you to have a complete understanding of the space.
