Base Planning Consultants operate across the UK on a wide range of residential and commercial projects. We are a Chartered Member of the Royal Town Planning Institute and our specialisms span the entire planning process including services such as full planning applications, heritage planning and listed building consents, commercial projects, agricultural development and Class Q conversions, changes of use and much more. Planning Director, Keegan Ferreday, has extensive experience in both public and private sector roles. Beginning his planning career at Devon County Council, before moving to Exeter City Council, he has held a variety of local authority roles including in strategy and policy, development management and enforcement. Keegan then worked as a senior consultant for a private practice, successfully managing a full spectrum of development projects toward planning approval.
