Indications of interest with target valuation can often be delivered within 48 hours, and formal LOIs (with diligence items identified) typically follow within 7-10 days. 100% cash, sign-and-close transactions are typically completed within 30-45 days, without financing or other contingencies. We identify opportunities that fit our model and provide compelling avenues for shareholder or debtholder liquidity. We work with target companies directly, as well as with venture capital firms, sell-side banking advisors, diversified technology companies, and debt lenders.
