The firm was established in1993 bringing together vast professional experience of its partners to provide a full range of Architectural services in the development of the environment as desired by our clients. The services provided include: (a) Feasibility studies including advising on technical viability of proposed projects. (b) Preparation of development master plans and project implementation programmes. (c) The inception stage of projects which encompasses taking briefs, conceptualising them and advising clients on all matters relating to the project. (d) Complete project designs; Preparation of initial design proposals; and final designs. (e) Preparation of production drawings including detailed design, tender documentation and taking tender action. (f) Co-ordination of the project team including other consultants and client representatives. (g) Liaising with relevant authorities for consents and approvals. (h) Negotiations - special negotiations arising from applications for consents and approvals with various bodies, negotiations with contractors and financiers on behalf of our clients. (i) Garden and landscape design to achieve harmony between buildings and the environment. (j) Supervision during construction period, including co-ordinating site meetings and inspections, certifying work done, issuing interim payment certificates, certificates of completion and handing over certificates (k) Preparation of schedules of defects, checking final accounts and issuing certificates of making good defects. (l) Interior Design to "soften" hard constructed surfaces for the visual and psychological comfort of occupants. We endeavour to provide the above and related services efficiently, effectively, professionally and to time schedules to the satisfaction of our clients as we strive to conserve and improve the existing environment as much as possible and harmoniously integrate new projects to the environment.
