Baseline Geotechnical was founded in July 2018 by Principal Engineering Geologist Cameron Lines. With over 20 years’ experience in the industry and having spent fifteen of those working for a large multi-disciplinary company, he identified a gap in the market for a small firm focussed on providing specialist geotechnical advice into the extractives and construction sectors.
The vision behind launching Baseline Geotechnical was simple. A small, niche firm of geotechnical specialists, who can focus on what is important - working with our clients to provide geotechnical solutions that support their projects.
The foundation of our business is understanding our clients’ business and efficiently providing the expertise they need.
