BasePoint is a PHP/IOP Outpatient program treating mental health and co-occurring disorders. Our Academy program serve teens 11-18 and our BreakThrough program serves young adults aged 18-35.
Our outpatient program is specifically designed to address the unique challenges that teens and young adults face today in mental health and substance use. BasePoint's unique model integrates multiple modalities throughout its holistic curriculum. We believe in treating the whole patient. Our program includes a structured curriculum where patients have access to both providers and peer-to-peer support opportunities.
