East West Property Development (Pvt) Limited (EWPD) is the flagship unit of Bashundhara Group, which was founded in 1987 with a broader objective of addressing the ever-increasing housing needs of the citizens of Dhaka city. Bashundhara Housing is the popular brand name of the real estate unit of Bashundhara Group in South East Asia. The group has successfully developed several integrated townships with residential projects with all basic infrastructures, adjacent to the capital city, under the embodiment of Bashundhara Housing and is also taking up more and more projects within the vicinity of the capital under the brand name of Bashundhara Housing. Ever since its inception, East West Property Development (Pvt) Limited (EWPD) has been doing business with reputation and has earned a great deal of trust of the people.
The first and prime project, popularly known as " Bashundhara Baridhara Land Project” Residential Area" near the Baridhara Diplomatic Zone, has been developed on a huge patch of land, while the second project named " Savar Housing Project" has been developed at the Northern suburb of Savar. The Third project named "Riverview m" has been developed comprising three thousand acre of land at Hasnabad, Keranigonj near the capital to provide well planned housing facilities especially for people of old Dhaka. The fourth project named " Mouchak Housing Project" is located at Gazipur near Scouts Jamboree and the fifth Project named "River View Dokhina Project" is located at South Keranigonj near Riverview Project and 4 km away from Dhaka Mawa Highway. Another project named “River View Green Town Land project” developed beside the Dhaka Mawa Highway, at the opposite side of the Government’s Jhillmill Project and also closer to Riverview Land Project. Some lucrative land projects are also up-coming under the same organizational umbrella of Bashundhara Housing.
