My work blends mindset tools, emotional awareness, and lived experience — shaped by 20+ years in finance, single motherhood, and my own journey through depression, reinvention, and rising.
I’m based in the UK and work with clients internationally (in English or French), supporting women who are ready to stop shrinking and start showing up fully.
