Bath Radio

Bath Radio (incorporating Bath Hospital Radio) is a community radio station for Bath. We are building on more than 55 years of broadcasting experience as a hospital radio, bringing entertainment and comfort to patients in Bath Hospitals. Our mission now is to reach out further into the city to connect Bathonians through music, events, culture and the arts. We have a very dedicated and diverse group of volunteer presenters who deliver more than 30 hours of lively, intelligent and topical broadcasting each week, and we also make an eclectic range of programmes delving deeper into music, both popular and classical, the music-making around Bath, the people of the city, the art, the culture and Bath institutions and organisations. We believe that we Bathonians deserve a radio station that gives us opportunities to connect with each other and have conversations around the cultural activities that we all engage with, from cinema to dance, sport, live music, to theatre and art and more. We are a registered charity (No. 1168453) run by a board of Trustees comprised of Julia Ferguson (Chair), Nick Barnett and Oliver Lewis.
