When I was a child from the small village, I dreamt of one day could have a tidy, healthy and bright decorated bathroom. After playing on the ground we could wash our hands in the bathroom but not on the yard. Even can take shower in the shower room with shelter which enhance our security inside and thus I have got the strongwill in the mind to walk out from the small world. With time passing by, After Graduation from colleage I came across to enter the field that is related to bathroom and kitchen faucets. So we should set our dreams who knows it will come true or not, but if not it wont lose anything, but if yes, we will be lucky enough. So I am one of the lucky dogs. With 10 years of purchasing experience from the faucets and bathroom accessories factory, I have found the supplying sourcing system,details of the prodcucts and after-sale customer care are the main reason we need to concentrate. A stable supplying system could determin the products process continuously. And products details are the main blood that drive us to study and develop new designs. Customer care and after-sale is the key for the continuous market and reputation we need to maintain. Until now we have customers through out most of the continents, Middle East, Southeast Asia, Europe,South America, Africa Etc. Serving more than 100 customers, and in the long run, we need to study further to serve our customers well and efficiently in details such as we will provide documents and help to train our clients sales team to be more professional about bathroom faucets and accessories. From now on, we will orient and guide the customised bathroom as per the end customer perspective, separating from the house decoration.
