About Process Chanvre, sprayed hempcrete solutions
Our process allows the effective mixture of the liquid binder and the aggregates in the nozzle. Our machines, autonomous and compact, reach 10 m3 / hour, allow distant applications (+ of 40 m pipes), in height (more than 12 m ht), and in restricted areas. The process is developed for the mixture lime-hemp and for wall, roof and floor applications, accept recycled hempcrete and adapts itself perfectly to other aggregates (cork injection...) and other binders (clay...).
