Batterly Yours is a patisserie, viennoiserie & boulangerie founded & headed by Chef Sakshee Pradhan. A venture born solely out of passion, love & quest of a mother for good food for her child, made with high quality, organic, unrefined ingredients, without additives, preservatives, minimal use of artificial colours & flavours. Something, that as parents we will not feel guilty about feeding to our children. Having said that, we take great pride in our recipes, where they come from & the stories behind their existence, hence, we’re extremely careful about keeping the authenticity & taste intact of anything we make/bake out of the love & respect for food & culture.
