Battersea Primary Care Network (PCN) is a vibrant and innovative healthcare organisation dedicated to transforming primary care in North Battersea. We are a collaborative partnership of five GP practices, united by a shared passion for providing exceptional care to our community of over 57,000 patients. Our approach is rooted in collaboration, innovation, and a deep commitment to health equity. We believe in empowering our patients to take charge of their well-being and working together to build a healthier Battersea. Our dedicated team includes a diverse range of healthcare professionals working together to provide comprehensive care: - Care Coordinators - Community Health and Wellbeing Workers - First Contact Physiotherapists - Health and Wellbeing Coaches - Mental Health Professionals - Paramedics - Pharmacists and Pharmacy Technicians - Physician Associates - Social Prescribers Our Values in Action: 1) Equity: We champion health equity for all in Battersea, fostering a welcoming and inclusive environment.
