“Baturynets and Partners” was founded in 2007 as a law firm with corporate and litigation practice. We have become one of the drivers of the emergence of IT law in Ukraine. For a long time, we worked at a boutique law firm for the IT business. We performed tasks for clients in Ukraine and on the global market. Since 2018, we have provided legal services for the legal departments of Ukrainian different companies. We act as external lawyers. We solve day-to-day requests and individual projects. Whereby we strengthen the work of the in-house department and general counsel. We support focusing the activities of in-house lawyers on strategic tasks and business goals. Our team is highly qualified specialists in corporate law, contract law, intellectual property, dispute resolution, and related knowledge. In our work, we actively apply technological, service, and management innovations that support us to optimally use resources and optimally fulfill customer tasks. One of our main tasks is to support the general counsel create an efficient and modern structure of the in-house department that promptly and flexibly meets any business needs.
