Baudains Executive Services (BES) was launched in 2006 with the aim of providing boutique style high quality recruitment, coaching and consultancy services for professionals predominantly within the offshore finance and legal industries. Having gained a strong reputation for providing an excellent executive recruitment service in Jersey, we have since broadened the range of candidates we now work with. We focus on jobs in Jersey but also assist clients in many different offshore jurisdictions that have temporary, contract and permanent opportunities. BES has an impressive client-base ranging from small independent Trust Companies through to FTSE 100 organisations, utility companies and multi-national professional service organisations.
