Bauer Academy is an AAC award winning innovative learning centre operating inside one of the world's biggest media companies. We specialise in work-based learning that creates strong learning cultures and high performing teams.
Our team of subject experts provide learning and development to Bauer's people across Europe, and customised learning solutions to over 50 clients, including BBC, ITV, Ch4, Reach plc, Sue Ryder, and more.
In the UK, we are a government-approved training provider working with levy-paying businesses. We create smart and flexible apprenticeship programmes to support entry level talent and also reskill and upskill the existing workforce. Our portfolio covers leadership, coaching, sales, content production, digital marketing, journalism and broadcast production.
We mostly operate remotely delivering training to people across Europe. For face to face delivery, our key learning centres are in London, Peterborough, Manchester and Edinburgh. We also hold workshops at our clients’ offices.
And we are more than just a training provider. Bauer Academy was founded in 2013 to create a new talent pipeline for Bauer Media, through teaching learners from under-represented and disadvantaged backgrounds media, creative and employability skills. We are proud of our continuing work in this area, with partners including the Big Lottery, The Prince’s Trust, JPMorgan Chase Foundation, and the European Social Fund.
