BC-Monitoring (BauMonitoring e.V. )

The BC-Monitoring is an interdisciplinary association comprising representatives from the finance sector, monitoring industry, and research community, all committed to delivering added value through Construction Monitoring according to a standard. We develop standardised control mechanisms for risk monitoring in project development financing. Our goal is to establish uniform standards based on existing laws, norms, and guidelines in the market, thus providing a foundation for high quality in Construction Monitoring. Construction Monitoring builds on established principles of project management and adheres to the fundamentals of examination and audit.
