Swiss Hospitality Management Academy Pvt. Ltd, (SHMA), a subsidiary of A. Baur & Co. Pvt Ltd. (Baurs) is taking skills development in Hospitality and Tourism to another level though its CSR project, Skills for Sustainable Growth (SSG). Baurs’ partnership with Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation (SDC) is a significant collaboration, strengthening skills in Sri Lanka through the facilitation of an internationally aligned hospitality program. The holistic learning approach will secure dignified work opportunities for both young men and women, improving and maintaining livelihoods, supporting national economic growth, and bridging skills gaps in the hospitality trade, tourism, and related sectors.
