Today, what started in 1989 as a 10-bed hospital run by a group of self-committed doctors has taken the shape of 3 tertiary-care hospitals across the country, one of the biggest blood banks in Asia, a nursing college, and social development projects in 100s of slums and villages across community health, women empowerment, education, natural resources management, skill development, etc.
