The BAWM Group was formed around a single idea - to be challengingly different from an RTO industry that in the recent past was characterised by a lack of innovation and professionalism and a concerning lack of learning and development quality. In line with the government education reform agenda, our mission is to fulfil the potential of the role RTO’s should play in Australia’s education system and become this country’s most trusted provider. To do this we: • Partner with industry and add value to business, employees and the community • Design and deliver quality creative and meaningful content • Identify the needs of our partner and student customers, and build our organisation around them • Follow through and exceed on our promises Already we have become Australia’s fastest growing education company having grown from engaging with 539 students in 2010 to 4,865 in 2011 to over 11,000 in 2012.
