Bay Centre Health and Wellness, Inc. uses an integrative, team coach-approach to health and wellness. Our team of professionals include licenses and certifications in coaching, diet and nutrition, massage therapy, hypnosis, mental health, patient coach advocacy, and a medical director specializing in women's health and general health and wellness. We help our clients to assess their current health and wellness needs through hormone and neurotransmitter testing under the direction of our Medical Director as well as with a comprehensive, clinical interview. Based on the results of our interview, our clients' goals and vision, and test results (and medical records review), we present a health and wellness plan proposal based on customized needs. Our goal is to assess, restore, reset, and revitalize for optimal health using a coach-approach to address health and wellness needs, goals, and vision, for our clients using a team approach.
