Bayan Emrooz Law Firm was founded and registered before Corporate Registration Bureau of Tehran in 2008. Our delicately selected name, “Bayan Emrooz” carries thoughtful meaning. In Persian “Bayan” means “Presentation” or “Statement” and the meaning of “Emrooz” is “Today”. This name is a true reflection of how we see co-operation with our clients in the new world, which illustrates introduction of new ideas and up-to-date procedures.
Bayan Emrooz is one of the few law firms in Iran that provides legal services at an international level. The firm, consists of two main departments namely international commercial law and domestic law, provides a wide range of legal services including e-commerce and startup law, intellectual property law, corporate law and contract law to its foreign and local clients among which there are several top Iranian startups.
