Bayar Fellowship

The Bayar Fellowship, established in 2020, is a unique nonprofit scholarship and fellowship organization with a mission to identify, nurture, and champion the emerging leaders of the next generation. Our primary focus revolves around empowering low-income high school students, guiding them toward a deeper understanding of business while fostering a commitment to public service. With the aim to lay a robust foundation for financial literacy, we incubate the entrepreneurs and community forerunners of the future. Every recipient of the Bayar Fellowship benefits from tailored mentorships, aligning them with seasoned professionals in their fields of interest, ensuring they receive unparalleled guidance throughout their academic and professional pathways. Moreover, our support extends beyond mentorship. We provide them with financial backing, coupled with access to a dynamic network of accomplished peers, ensuring their success in every venture. To date, we have proudly awarded over $2000 in grants, further cementing our commitment to uplifting students throughout their educational journey.
