Bayliss Group a family run business operating domestic and commercial electrical and maintenance projects across the Midlands over the last 10 years. We currently operate 3 different companies in house to fulfil all your property maintenance needs. Our works include electrics, all property maintenance, refurbishments and plant rooms (BMS systems). We specialise in reactive property repairs, planned maintenance, refurbishments, EICRs and remedials, fire alarms, emergency light tests, general electrical maintenance, newly installed plant rooms and new BMS systems. We have full insurance covering us for works, as well as Safe Contractor accreditations and NICEIC approved contractor.
